🚀 Start der neuen Azubis bei Passavant-Geiger Dieses Jahr freut die Passavant-Geiger sich über gleich fünf junge motivierte Menschen, welche am 02.09.2024 in ihre Ausbildung bei uns gestartet sind. 💻 Zwei von ihnen werden alles Wichtige über den Beruf der Industriekauffrau lernen, damit sie ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben gut bewältigen können. 🛠 Drei weitere starten ihre Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker und werden spannende Einblicke in unserer Fertigungshalle sammeln. 🔎 Zum Ausbildungsstart lernten die neuen Azubis am Willkommenstag ihre Mitauszubildenden, sowie ihre Ausbilder*in aber natürlich auch weitere zukünftige Kolleg*innen kennen. Auch die Büroräume, sowie die Fertigungshalle wurden besichtigt und die neuen Arbeitsplätze unter die Lupe genommen. Zum Abschluss des ersten Arbeitstages ging es für alle Ausbildungsjahrgänge der Passavant-Geiger gemeinsam zur ortsansässigen Eisdiele. 💻🚀 Go-Digital workshop Our team recently embraced great opportunity to come together at our site in Rimpar (Bavaria, Germany) for an intensive and inspiring 2-days workshop. We worked together on innovative solutions in terms of more digitization and exchanged creative ideas. 💡 The focus was on various topics and methods for faster and more efficient digitalization and data management. During the workshop, we worked together to develop options that can be implemented internally immediately and drew up a plan for the next steps. 💪 The high level of cooperation was particularly impressive - real proof of our strong team culture! 💡 You know the advantages of our Noggerath® Spiral Sieve? 🔧 Our Noggerath® Spiral Sieve NSI can be found all over the world. The liquid flows into the screen housing, which is open on the inlet side, effectively retaining solids. Thanks to the precise level measurement, which monitors the liquid level, the spiral screen drive is automatically switched on or off when the level reaches or falls below a preset level. The solids collected in the screen housing are transported through the spiral for disposal.
