⭐️Як змінювалися запити щодо CRM різного походження у 2021-2024 роках (за дослідженням Ringostat)⭐️ ⠀ 👉 Частка CRM з країни-агресора прогнозовано зменшилася — більше ніж в 4 рази. Однак російські CRM все ще використовує чимало компаній. ⠀ 👉 Частка запитів, пов’язаних з українськими CRM, зросла з 2021 року майже в 8 разів. Причина очевидна — небажання бізнесу працювати з російським софтом та спонсорувати країну-агресора. Також відіграє роль зростання попиту на все українське та прагнення підтримати вітчизняні рішення. До того ж суттєво зросла якість рішень. Через масову міграцію розробники зрозуміли, чого не вистачає в їх CRM-системах, та змогли значно покращити свої рішення. ⠀ 👉 Custom CRM — тобто системи, розроблені під певний бізнес. Їхня частка зменшилася втричі. Раніше чимало компаній обирали гіківський підхід та намагалися розробити унікальні рішення. Зараз настала «зрілість» ринка — з одного боку, існує багато різнопланових CRM, а з іншого, бізнес розуміє, що реалізувати власне рішення дорого та не має сенсу. ⠀ 👉 Частка CRM з інших країн збільшилася майже в 5 разів, проте зростання дещо сповільнилося в останні роки.
