Our global sales team is passionately readying itself for this year’s trade show appearance, while our booth in Munich is steadily taking shape. The main focus of our “Fit for Bauma” training – taking place at the Vögele main factory in Ludwigshafen – is on the many state-of-the-art technologies relating to digitalization and sustainability as well as the exciting world premieres and numerous machine innovations. Road to Bauma - Introducing a true legend on wheels: Enter the first wheeled paver of the ‘Dash 5’ generation from Vögele! We will be celebrating another world premiere at #Bauma this year: Delivering high maneuverability and offering great mobility during transport, the SUPER 1803-5 X-Tier from Vögele combines the advantages of a wheeled paver with the many benefits of the ‘Dash 5’ generation. These include: ✅ Greater ease of operation ✅ Clever automatic functions ✅ Shorter set-up times ✅ Lower noise and exhaust emissions 💡 Good to know: The Universal Class model can also be paired with the latest generation of AB 500 and AB 600 extending screeds to offer pave widths of up to 8.25 m. Road to Bauma - WR 200 X, WR 240 X and WR 250 X: Introducing the next generation of Wirtgen recyclers, where state-of-the-art technology in machine control meets the perfect range of applications. Three new performance classes now offer solutions for all applications in cold recycling and soil stabilization. In a nutshell: ✅ During development, the core emphasis was placed on enabling the simple, ergonomic operation of the machine while simultaneously ensuring high performance and mixing quality. ✅ Automatic functions and guided machine operation further increase productivity and simplify operations. ✅ Also, the operating concept and driver’s cab are ‘next level’. Alongside these new WR series machines, the WRC 240(i) Rock Crusher will also be on display at this year’s industry trade show in Munich. The Wirtgen WRC 240(i) is able to crush coarse rock (as found in hard core and stony soils) in situ and mix it homogeneously as part of the same operation. With a working width of 2,320 mm and a working depth of up to 510 mm the Rock Crusher delivers an enormous output of up to 600 tons per hour to go with highest efficiency and best mixing results. Being introduced as its first ‘PRO-Line’ plant, Kleemann is expanding its mobile screening plants product portfolio to include the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO for coarse elements. Road to Bauma - A real game changer in cold milling is heading to #Bauma: the W 250 XF from Wirtgen, the world’s most powerful cold milling machine delivering over 1,200 hp. Some highlights at a glance: ✅ Two 18-liter John Deere engines provide a maximum output of over 1,200 hp. Wirtgen and John Deere have precisely tuned the torque characteristics of the engines to meet the requirements of cold milling. ✅ When developing the W 250 XF, the focus was primarily on enabling maximum productivity with low specific emissions. The machine can fully exploit its potential, especially when operating at a full milling width of 3.8 m. Another new addition to the portfolio is the W 210 XF large milling machine. Delivering an impressive engine output of 580 kW and milling widths ranging between 2.0 m and 2.5 m, it is ideally equipped for a wide range of applications and high daily outputs.
