Automated drilling is a critical part of modern manufacturing processes, used in industries ranging from aerospace to automotive. Despite its importance, achieving precision, speed, and consistency in automated drilling presents several challenges. These challenges, if not adequately addressed, can lead to quality issues, machine downtime, and increased costs. A potential solution to address these challenges is the integration of a 12 linear axes robot into the automated drilling process.
