As anilox roller experts, the protection of your anilox rollers is particularly important to us to ensure the longest possible service life of your anilox rollers. In order to sufficiently protect your anilox rollers against corrosion, we have therefore developed our Zechercor protective shield. 🛡️ The increasing demand for optimized corrosion protection in the past has prompted us to pursue intensive development in this direction. The result is our innovative Zechercor surface finishing, which provides your anilox roller with optimum protection against external influences. This, in turn, helps you to achieve high-quality print results. 🔝 Areas of the anilox roller that are at risk of corrosion are coated with a 2-component coating system in a defined layer thickness using a special spraying process. This coating has a high chemical resistance to corrosive media and abrasion. In addition, the adjusted coating matrix with special filler particles forms a slightly repellent coating surface. For the coated component areas, this means reduced adhesion and therefore improved cleaning behavior. 💡 The epoxy resin hardener system we use for this purpose is a temperature- and chemical-resistant surface finish that provides your anilox roller with a high level of corrosion and abrasion protection on a wide variety of substrates, even in aggressive environments. 👉 Curious about how our Zechercor can improve your printing results?
