International Day of Education – How we promote talent at Zeppelin   For us, education is the key to innovation and success - which is why we at Zeppelin focus on targeted development and support, both for our employees and for our young talents. 🚀   🌟 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 🔧 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: With a total of 357 apprentices - 122 of whom started in 2024 - we are making an important contribution to promoting young talent.   💻 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: We currently have 22 dual students in the fields of industrial engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, mechanical engineering, food technology, mechatronics, business economics and IT.   🎓 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗭 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧: 👉 In 2025, eleven trainees successfully complete their program at Zeppelin. The program is important to get young talents on board and develop them within our company. 👉 Our program offers everything from intercultural training and stays abroad to resilience and project management training. 👉 Flexible deployment plans and mentoring ensure that each trainee is supported individually.    🌟 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 👉Over 435 managers and 520 young talents from 20 countries took part in our training programs in 2024. 👉To strengthen our leadership skills globally, we also offer international development programs.   🌟 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 👉 We currently offer 623 training courses on our internal learning management system Workday. 👉 Employees can also take part in external training courses. 👉 In 2024, over 44,000 training courses were completed on Workday.   Want to find out more about our development programs? Achieving great things together: Zeppeliner in voluntary work ❤   On December 5, we celebrate International Volunteer Day around the world - a day to honor all those who put their heart and dedication into working for the common good. At Zeppelin, too, there are many colleagues who do great things in their free time. They volunteer for the fire department, animal welfare, sports clubs or as mentors and are committed to helping their fellow human beings every day.   Volunteering not only means giving something back to society, but also growing personally and gaining new perspectives. Our next chapter will be big: Zeppelin will grow! 🎉   After approval by the antitrust authorities, we will take over responsibility for sales and service of Cat products in Norway and the Netherlands. This means for us:   🤝 Welcoming approximately 2,000 new colleagues 📈 More than 1 billion euros in additional sales 💪 Becoming one of the leading sales and service organizations worldwide for Cat products 🌍 Zeppelin is becoming an even more international company   Also in the new territories, Zeppelin will continue to be a reliable partner for its customers, offering products and solutions in the business areas of Construction Equipment, Rental and Power Systems.    “We are proud that Caterpillar has placed its trust in us and that we will be operating in more countries in the future.
