𝐖𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐟ü𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐓ü𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐞ö𝐟𝐟𝐧𝐞𝐭 🚪 Gestern durften wir 30 wissbegierige Kinder in unserem Werk in Kupferzell begrüßen! Im Rahmen des Türöffner-Tags der Sendung mit der Maus hatten die kleinen Besucher die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit unseren Auszubildenden einen Gleichstrommotor zu bauen und spannende Einblicke in die Welt der Elektromotoren zu gewinnen. 🛠️ Neben dem Motorbau gab es eine spannende Werksführung, bei der die Kinder unsere Produktion hautnah erleben und sogar einen Blick in den Steuerungsraum der Versuchsaufzüge werfen konnten. 👀 Zur Stärkung gab es zwischen dem Spulenwickeln diverse Snacks und natürlich auch ein leckeres Mittagessen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle unsere Helferinnen und Helfer und natürlich an die Kinder, die den Tag unvergesslich gemacht haben! 😊 #türenauf #türöffnertag #maustüröffnertag #diesendungmitdermaus #kinderevent

Let’s hear from Nils himself about his career so far and what new challenges he faces. 💬 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐬, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐙𝐈𝐄𝐇𝐋-𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐆 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝? 🗣 Before joining ZIEHL-ABEGG in 2014 as a Product Manager, I had already worked for 6 years in the ventilation business. After several successful years and gaining great insights into our products and markets, I moved abroad with my family to work for our Austrian subsidiary in Linz. As Managing Director, I was responsible not only for the Austrian market but also for South-East Europe. In 2020, I took over sales responsibility for European subsidiaries in Central Europe. Since April of this year, I have taken on my new role as Regional President for Sales Unit Europe Middle. My new role is an exciting challenge, and I’m thrilled to work with such a motivated team spread in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and the Ukraine. 💬 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭? 🗣 It's all about our customers. I am convinced a partnership-based approach is key. We need to listen to our customers - understand their needs and act accordingly—with situational intelligence.
