What You'll Do

• Taking over complete on-site organization in the field of plant construction
• Managing the construction site and independently prepare and fulfill contractual obligations
• Monitoring and control construction and assembly work, as well as ensure quality management
• Complying with technical regulations and legal obligations
• Leading construction site meetings and and supervising in-house and external personnel
  
  

Who You Are

• Holding an education as a mechanic/fitter, technician, or possessing a suitable degree with a relevant background
• Demonstrating relevant experience in the assembly and commissioning of production lines within an industrial environment
• Bringing expertise in international assignments and personnel management to effectively lead teams
• Exhibiting a global willingness to travel, committing to at least 60% travel for the role's requirements
• Possessing very good English skills, and additional foreign language proficiency, such as German, would be advantageous. Additionally, your physical and mental resilience, coupled with assertiveness, are key attributes for success in this role
