Your role

As HR Director, you will hold global accountability to develop and implement global HR-strategies to ensure strategic alignment of your department with our organization’s ambitious targets. Together with your HR leadership team, you are introducing innovative HR practices that attract, retain, and develop talent across all regions, ensuring legal compliance and cultural sensitivity. Furthermore, you have the chance to develop a unified corporate culture that supports diversity and inclusion, ensuring employee engagement and organizational growth on a global scale.

Your future plans

• Direct and develop the Leadership Team (currently 9 direct reports) to ensure support of the business in all people related matters
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in established and new markets
• Set-up and monitor HR product portfolio & processes to enhance employee satisfaction along the areas of talent acquisition, people management, perform & reward, people development, global mobility, strategy & projects
• Maintain social partner relations, including local works council and works council negotiations
• Facilitate overall steering and controlling of the HR budget process
• Align with the group-wide HR leadership team to work on projects and further develop the HR function
  
  

Your profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience within a senior leadership role within HR or another relevant field
• Ideally, experience within the renewables industry, specifically the offshore wind sector
• High business understanding with a comprehensive growth mindset
• Profound problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with discretion
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a benefit
