We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to join our cutomers` team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our company's IT systems and infrastructure.

- Evaluating and responding to technical fault reports and service requests
- Administering, configuring, and installing equipment at warehouse locations
- Supporting and improving our asset, contract, ticket, and mobile device management systems
- Automating IT services based on workflow-based processes
- Maintaining and enhancing system and user documentation
- Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualification
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Extensive knowledge in system administration of Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.)
- Experience with Windows Active Directory
- Desirable knowledge in administration of Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management, Citrix XenApp, and script creation
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for support of other locations
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Independent and solution-oriented mindset
