What you'll do

• (Co-)Develop project approaches, timeline, resource requirements and budgets
• Execute and oversee multiple supply chain projects, ensuring they are completed on time in quality and in budget
• You work closely with internal and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders (project update calls, Steering Committee)
• You identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges to minimize disruptions
• Prepare and moderate project-related workshops or other relevant meetings
  
  

Who you are

• Possess a Master's degree in Business or equivalent, coupled with demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, comfortable in presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
• Mental flexibility and maturity to navigate ambiguity within a large-scale enterprise transformation program round out your profile
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, along with strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Fluent in English with German as a bonus and a willingness for travel
