Sales Assistant at Herbliz

Herbliz, a leading company in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry with a focus on CBD products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Assistant to support our sales team. As a B2B Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall sales success.

Aufgaben

Sales Support:

  • Assist B2B sales representatives in managing client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.


Client Communication:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and assist with any client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain sales databases, including updating client information and tracking sales activities.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.


Market Research:

  • Assist in researching potential B2B clients, identifying leads, and gathering market intelligence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Qualifikation

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
