(Senior) Revenue Operations Consultant (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Revenue Operations Consultant, you will focus on the planning and implementation of processes, tools and analyses to optimize the customer journey in various client projects in the B2B SaaS sector. You are an essential part of our Revenue Operations & CRM Services department and actively contribute to its development. 🚀

Your daily business

• Teamwork: You work closely with your team and our customers to optimize our department and their go-to-market activities
• CRM & RevOps: You analyze existing processes in marketing and sales. You identify potentials and lead the conception of new/improved processes and support the implementation of these in our customers' CRM (primarily HubSpot). You will build data structures and automations
• Attribution Modeling: You support the design and implementation of attribution models for our clients to enable the effectiveness of channels, campaigns and go-to-market programs and enable our Paid GrowthDepartment
• Data Analysis and Reporting: You will help clients to analyze marketing, sales and existing customer data using CRM and analytics tools to identify risks, trends and opportunities
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: You already have very sound experience in the areas of revenue operations, marketing operations and CRM management. You have an understanding of B2B GoToMarket strategies (product-led, inbound sales, outbound sales, partner-led, etc.) and related processes and metrics. In addition, you have experience with B2B GoToMarket tools (sales/outbound, billing (subscription management, etc.)
• Motivation: You want to build up a department in close cooperation with the existing Team and proactively contribute your ideas
