💡 It has been obvious to every organisation for several years now: 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀. Within that trend, we see that #DataSharing is gaining importance, also among Beltug members. Often, that sharing of data promises a win-win situation for all parties. Of course, such data sharing requires a high level of trust between the parties. And in that context, we increasingly get questions about the role of Athumi, the new Flemish data utility company: what role does Athumi have, what can Athumi mean for companies and organisations in Flanders? And also: what are the needs and expectations of companies towards Athumi. Last week a delegation of Beltug members and Athumi met for open dialogue on data. A dialogue about the opportunities and challenges of data sharing. 🤩 Many thanks, Athumi team for the very interactive afternoon, the interesting conversations and inspiring ideas. I recently had the opportunity to participate in REKK's Energy Futures' workshop on the 'Latest Hydrogen Research in Denmark and Hungary'. After two insightful presentations, we delved into an engaging discussion regarding the status of hydrogen economy. It's crucial to acknowledge that currently, the 2030 strategic-level greening plans seem distant. or instance, only 4% of announced European projects have reached the final investment decision. This clearly underscores the need for robust support mechanisms, particularly during the ramp-up period, and strategies that effectively reconcile future supply with demand.
