 🎉#DigitalHubKL recently held an amazing Tech Festival 2024! This annual event brings employees together to delve into exciting technology topics 💡🤖 . Highlights included thought-provoking talks on cybersecurity, a lively debate session among our employees on whether dependence on technology hampers creativity, and a celebration of our DHKL All-Stars 🌟, where we honored the top-voted employees for their exceptional contributions.   Attendees enjoyed a fun scavenger hunt and explored various tech booths as well. We were also honored to have guest speaker and industry expert, Ng Tong Sheng from StashAway share his valuable insights on utilizing AI in customer workflow automation. Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with learning and networking opportunities for everyone at the hub. The week was filled with activities, including office tours, onboarding sessions, team introductions, and program briefings.   Our trainees are now ready to embark on their first rotation within their designated teams. Chosen from an exceptional group of young professionals and recent graduates, our Digital Trainees are set to experience remarkable career development and growth opportunities through job rotations over the next 18 months. BASF and Siemens Outline Cybersecurity Blueprint Together in China 🔐 On September 12th, cybersecurity experts from BASF, led by Martin Schöpper, Product Manager of Cyber Security Strategy, Innovation & Alliances Team, along with Holger Petersen, Head of BASF China Cyber Security Team, visited the Siemens Cyber Defense Center China (CDC-CN) in Suzhou. The meeting facilitated a productive technical exchange between both parties🤝. The BASF team was warmly welcomed by Jian Jun Hu, Vice President of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and Chief Information Security Officer. During the visit, Siemens showcased its advanced technologies and recent achievements in the realm of cybersecurity to the BASF team. Meanwhile, BASF also introduced the current development of the security team in China🇨🇳. The event marks a milestone in the extension of the global cybersecurity exchange and collaboration between BASF and Siemens in China.
