🚀 Empowering Women and Scaling Up in Kaduna! 🌍 We’re thrilled to share that our recent agent training in Kaduna was a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to empower women and enhance market activities. We're committed to making sure women are involved in every part of the supply chain—not just in buying or farming, but also in running market operations. At the training, our agents learned how to use our platform’s newest features, like Buy Now, Pay Later, and why insurance is so important for farmers. We also handed out new POS systems and set up agent stations, making sure our agents—especially the women—have everything they need to succeed. A big thank you to our partners Aha!, Jennifer Etuh Foundation, AFEX, and Healthy Entrepreneurs for their support and training for all agents present. The Kaduna Women Economic Empowerment Project by Bayer Foundation aims to empower women through improved healthcare, advanced farming techniques, market linkages, and skill acquisition. By empowering women to take on these critical roles, we’re not just scaling up our operations—we’re building a more inclusive and sustainable future where women are central to the success of our markets. We expect this initiative to significantly boost women’s participation in the supply chain, driving growth, innovation, and resilience across the sector. #Coamana #WomenEmpowerment #Growth #AgentNetwork
