EMM-Check® - New Standard: MINISTERIAL DECREE JUNE 14, 1985 With version 4.3.9.4 of EMM-Check® - available from October 25 - the field of vision standard "MINISTERIAL DECREE 14 JUNE 1985” will also be made available. This is Italian legislation for testing the field of vision of self-propelled machinery. The following points are checked as part of an analysis in accordance with this standard: • Chapter 1.3.2.2.8., Paragraph.1   :   Field of vision upwards on a plane inclined by 8° in accordance with 1.3.1.5.1. • Chapter 1.3.2.2.8., Paragraph.2   :   Field of vision downwards on the test circle according to 1.3.1.5.2. • Chapter 2.2.   :   The front end measurement for “machines that do not exceed the limits of Articles 52 and 33 of the consolidated law as amended by law no. 38/82” The standard "MINISTERIAL DECREE 14 JUNE 1985” can be tested free of charge for 30 days - as can all EMM-Check® packages, standards and add-ons. EMM-Check® - Optimal positioning of mirrors now even easier The optimal positioning of mirrors in EMM-Check® has now become even easier thanks to a small extension: You “sit down” in driver mode, select the desired mirror on the vehicle and press the key combination Ctrl + m. EMM-Check® now zooms in on this mirror and displays it full screen. Then call up the positioning dialog and adjust the mirror. In this way, mirrors can be adjusted with millimeter precision even in difficult visibility situations. This functional extension in EMM-Check® was inspired by a customer. EMM-Check® - New visibility field standard for line-service buses from version 4.3.9.4 As of version 4.3.9.4 (October this year), the standard “ISO 16121-2” has been implemented in EMM-Check® and is aimed at all international manufacturers of line-service buses. With ISO 16121-2, a further standard for the visibility field analysis of virtual buses is now available alongside ECE R46. The standard “ISO 16121-2” in EMM-Check® checks - the forward blind spot according to chapter 4.1, - the lateral visibility according to chapter 4.2, - the view upwards according to chapter 4.3 and - the view to passenger compartment according to chapter 4.4 With the release of version 4.3.9.4 in the fall, this standard - like all EMM-Check® packages, standards and add-ons - can be tested free of charge for 30 days! EMM-Check® - Visibility field analysis of rough-terrain trucks according to ISO 18063 Part 1 and Part 2 In addition to DIN EN 15830, EMM-Check® also supports the visibility field analysis of virtual, rough-terrain trucks with variable reach in accordance with ISO 18063 Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 describes the test procedure and criteria for rough-terrain trucks, while Part 2 describes those for slewing rough-terrain trucks.
