    ⭐Employee Spotlight ⭐ Hi my name is Freya, and I am the new Account Manager for the South East. I joined Hydac as a Sales Coordinator coming from being a Senior Sales Negotiator for an Estate Agent, and previously being a Duty Manager at one of the local pubs where I live. Upon joining Hydac I immediately felt welcome by everyone but especially my manager at the time who is known as Macca, from her and many other people along the way, I have learnt so much quickly as everyone is incredibly willing to help one another. Because of everyone being so helpful, giving me the confidence I didn’t realise I had and my previous background, I decided to put myself forward for the Account Manger role for the South East that was offered, and here I now am. I have so much support around me, from my manager Craig for taking me on within his team, to every single one of my colleagues within Hydac, everyone is truly incredible. 🟣 What is proudest achievement in your career so far? My proudest achievement by far is becoming an Account Manager, I never thought I would be given the opportunity to go down this line, but with all the support and confidence I have been given, I am now where I love. All from a previous member of staff who has now retired, putting the idea into my head seeing how it would suit me, therefore I went for it, and achieved my goal. 🟣 Why do you choose to work in this industry? I love working within this industry for many reasons, just a few of them is because it reminds me very much of when I was younger from helping my dad with cars/motorbikes, to being out and about with the horses with my mum gaining confidence to speak to people. I have always wanted to work within an Engineering world from a very young age, and now I am here.     🇧🇷 Entre turmas presenciais na sede de Indaiatuba e turmas de treinamentos in company, o Centro de Treinamentos Técnicos da HYDAC (CTH) já formou mais de 900 alunos desde 2021. Para o instrutor Francisco Eduardo Moura, o feedback dos clientes que participam dos cursos é fundamental para que estes sejam melhorados continuamente. O principal objetivo é conseguir que todos os formandos saiam esclarecidos e prontos para enfrentar os desafios hidráulicos.
