𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗼𝗻 We’re excited to share that just one week after installing our new additive manufacturing system, we’ve successfully produced our first serial parts! The Tool Riser for Reaction Technology, traditionally made from aluminum, was 3D printed, milled, and assembled in record time. By using our #powerPrint system and producing the component additively in-house, we could achieve tremendous cost reductions (70-75%) and cut down on milling times by half. This gave us more time to focus on project execution and allows for better planning with no delays for raw materials. Just like the conventional component, the 3D printed component passed the 30-ton stress test. 40-Meter Long Privacy Wall Successfully Printed With the #powerPrint system, we have successfully produced a 40-meter long privacy wall. This large-format printer enables us to achieve both impressive lengths and the highest production quality. The walls are made from recycled PETG reinforced with 30% glass fibers, featuring a sophisticated design and exceptional durability and strength.
