A strong 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑵𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 for decades #LIGNAonTour 🚘 Today the #LIGNATeam visited Jowat in Detmold, one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial adhesives offering solutions for the furniture industry and building elements as well as many other industries. Founded in 1919, Jowat looks back upon a tradition more than twice as “old” as LIGNA, but we 𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑪𝑲 together for half a century already (pun intended). When the Managing Director Klaus Kullmann and the Vice President Global Marketing Ingo Horsthemke take hours of their time to discuss Jowat, LIGNA, the market and production of adhesives, you know you got a strong 𝑩𝑶𝑵𝑫. #InternationalSoftwoodConference 2024 – Final Day in Taormina! 🌲🌳   Our colleague Susanne is representing LIGNA at the 72nd International Softwood Conference, organized by FederlegnoArredo, the European Timber Trade Federation (ETTF) and the European Organisation of the Sawmill Industry (EOS). This is where the global sawmill industry and timber trade come together to share valuable insights and explore the latest trends shaping the sector.   The event kicked off with a welcome reception. #LIGNAonTour in Istanbul 🇹🇷 Today marks the last day of WoodTech and our colleagues Demet and Hamit together with Stephanie had the pleasure to meet with many of our great long-term and new LIGNA exhibitors. Pure goosebumps at the #WorldSkills Lyon 2024 when Felix Wilhelm went straight for the silver medal as well as the "Best of Nation" medal for Germany.🥈🏆 And just alongside him, Elias Kleespies comes fifth and receives a medal of excellence.
