🌟 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒔 🌟 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧? 👋 I'm Eva-Maria Hümmer and I'm spending three months as an intern at Otto Group Digital & Consulting. So far, I have had the opportunity to participate in two major marketing events: the OGxMeta Marketing Summit and the Social Media Advertising Camp. One of the highlights of my internship has been interacting with a variety of Otto Group companies and our business partners Google and Meta. One of our department's flagship projects is the "Discover AI: How to ogGPT" workshops. We had the pleasure of organizing a comprehensive Deep Dive on GenAI Image Generation. The exchange brought together 60 experts and enthusiasts from 15 Otto Group companies in a hybrid set-up to explore the latest developments and applications in the field of #GenAI #image generation.   Highlights included: 💡 Dr. Marcus Rosenstiel from OTTO provided an insightful introductory exploration with his expertise on the fundamentals of GenAI image generation.   💡 Adrian von Nago from bonprix and Gerald Dehlow from OTTO shared in-depth perspectives on how GenAI is #revolutionizing creative processes and #content production.   💡Johanna Gmelin from Project A and Leon Stark from OTTO DOCK 6 offered a captivating outlook on the current and future applications of GenAI image generation.   A big thank you to all speakers and participants for their active involvement and valuable contributions, making this exchange a success! 🌟 GenAI on the rise at Otto Group! 🌟   Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming Robert Habeck, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, to showcase how we are leveraging #GenAI across the entire #OttoGroup. We are very proud that our Digital & Consulting colleague Melanie Echterhoff and Otto Group colleague Florian Leuerer introduced him to ogGPT - our internal data privacy-compliant AI assistant for all Otto Group employees. Further topics included automated subject lines for better customer engagement, personalized product recommendations and, of course, our beloved SPOT dog who always brings a smile to the office. 🐶   Robert Habeck engaged in an insightful discussion with us about what politics can do to support responsible GenAI. Together with Dr. Michael Otto, our CEO Alexander Birken, our VP Dr. Sebastian Walter, and Dr. Michael Müller-Wünsch, we explored how to strike the perfect balance between technical openness and upholding our core values.   Another highlight was the inspiring exchange with our dual students and trainees. 🚀 Recap of an inspiring time at the JCNetwork Days! 🚀   We had the fantastic opportunity to participate in the JCNetwork Days and present Otto Group Digital & Consulting: Our colleagues Juliane Bigall, Elena Liedke, Finn Maciejewski, and Nina Richter connected with numerous ambitious students and provided exciting insights into our daily business.   Despite several events, a special highlight was our interactive workshop on the use of GenAI at the Otto Group. Participants experienced firsthand how GenAI can be used - for example - by applying our own Otto Group GPT and creating whole websites within minutes.   We are proud to have met many talented and ambitious young people who showed great interest in our consulting as well as product world at the Otto Group.
