Ever stumbled upon something extraordinary during an ordinary walk? Back in May 2024, a young guy came across a 1.5-meter shark on a walking path in Denmark. Yep, just lying there, dead, on the sidewalk. It just goes to show that even on those everyday strolls in ordinary Denmark, you might discover something totally unexpected. And wouldn’t it be a shame not to have someone to share those moments with? Hjerteforeningen and TrygFonden (and we!) think so, which is why this new campaign encourages people to join a 'GÅ MED' walking group. We're proud to have been invited along on the stroll. That awkward convo where someone is trying to explain to you why something is funny. Awful. ...Yeah, this post is that. Because today, a campaign for Lex - Danmarks Nationalleksikon just launched. And honestly, it doesn't really make sense unless you speak Danish 'cause it translates... not great. We even tried having ChatGPT explain it to those of you non-Danish speakers. All we got was, 'Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct English equivalent.' But seriously, it's funny. Like, 'I see what you did there – nice one' kinda funny. Big thanks to the clever team at Lex - Danmarks Nationalleksikon for a really rewarding process – and to our friends at NoA Connect and Bold Scandinavia / NoA for the collaboration on this one. We’re pretty chuffed to have been selected as part of Creative Denmark’s recent global outreach promoting Danish creativity. This week, their white paper "Creativity as A Driver for Quality of Life" was released. We've contributed with a case close to our hearts. And our sore feet: The Ballet of Creativity. You know, that seemingly ridiculous idea of dancing ballet with your colleagues once a week during office hours for six months, then performing on stage at Tivoli. Which, in fact, turned out to be a brilliant idea. As our boss, Ørnulf Johnsen, puts it: "Everything about working at &Co. confirms the connection between creativity and quality of life. It‘s fun, enriching, and rewarding. Dancing ballet is a great example of this, but working alongside truly creative people everyday is the real treat." How the heck do you best combine top creativity with punchy performance? Ørnulf Johnsen, Robert Cerkez, Henrik Berglind, and Mats Bax shared the (million dollar!!!) answer on last week’s #NoABrainfood morning session. The answer was an hour long so we’ll just go ahead and recap for your convenience: - A strong idea is agnostic. It translates across formats, channel, funnel, and time. - Impact and consistency can, in fact, co-exist. It’s a symbiosis, not a linear process. - Think “LEGO” and automize for scale.
