How can we help employees across an organization adapt to AI? We recently led an AI Design Sprint™ with 120 participants from TÜV NORD GROUP, where teams developed AI solution concepts for their processes within just 3-4 hours. Congratulations to all the teams for their incredible work! Special thanks to Ramin Dahbashi and Irina Fiegenbaum for making this possible, and to our dedicated facilitators Jan Laudi, Marc Lämmel, Jörg Winterhoff, and Michael Brandt. The Results: 🚀- Teams created AI solution concepts in form of remodeled AI-automated mapped-out processes, performed an ethical check, and pitched their AI solutions 🚀- Using our AI Cards, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of AI capabilities. Our Canvas guided them through the phases and steps of AI concept development 🚀- Overall, participants left with increased confidence in AI and their ability to actively develop AI solutions for their business Flexibility in Execution: Do you need to do it in one large event? It’s also possible to lead AI Design Sprints™ throughout an organization in smaller sizes of 50 or 20 people. They can be led onsite or remote. You could lead many half-day AI Design Sprint™ sessions throughout the company – in a couple of weeks you will have penetrated the organization with the effect of AI adoption. Of course this is embedded in a larger change management process, but don’t overcomplicate it. Why it works: 🚀- We provide an overview of all AI capabilities, broadening participants' understanding rather than limiting them to a few use cases 🚀- Instead of focusing on specific AI tools—which may soon become outdated—we emphasize identifying the right tools or combinations whatever the current AI tool landscape is, ensuring future relevance Our Learning: Many companies are still in the early stages of AI adoption. They seek to build confidence and understanding before full implementation. The AI Design Sprint™ serves as an effective change management tool, fostering a culture of AI confidence. By offering an overview of AI capabilities and enabling employees to develop AI concepts, we empower them to embrace AI in their business.

Thanks to the fantastic team at Cologne Intelligence for having us for 3 days. It was a pleasure training and certifying you in the AI Design Sprint™. Most times we work remotely, this time it was terrific to be onsite. Here you see us at the end of the Company Team Training all on the stairs happy and smiling. Jörg Winterhoff and I super much liked being with you. And now we are very much looking forward to hearing about interesting and cool AI projects you're going to start with your clients – putting the AI Design Sprint™ in use. 😊 🚀

Yes, any team can add AI to their products. You don't need to be Apple. But yes, Apple, Facebook, Google and Amazon show the way of improving products with AI. If you're a product team, a consultant, or truly anyone in any business, you can use the AI Design Sprint™ to add AI to your products. Our next Bootcamp AI Design Sprint™: Products & Services is 2.-5. Sep from 14-19.00 (CET) – remote, live. No tech knowledge needed. Learn how to transform/improve existing products/services with AI. Here the link for more info and the registration: https://lnkd.in/e2dtnd-P Seats are limited.

This time we focused on AI and legal. A big thanks to Copenhagen Legal Tech for inviting us to their BootCamp where we led a small session of the AI Design Sprint™ with people from law firms. Most of them were non-technical. This is what happened in the session: The groups developed AI application solutions for the handling of legal cases from opening to closing the case process. After setting pain-points, the teams focused on the most painful process step. They experienced our AI Cards that helped the participants get an overview of the AI capabilities and to formulate a first AI application concept. The team visualized the new partly AI automated process step and checked their AI application concept ethically. In the end the teams pitched their AI application solution to all. What law firms could do: Most often the question is, where to start applying AI. In an AI Design Sprint™ we lead, we enable law firms to identify where it is most valuable to apply AI for them. Afterward, we enable the law firms team to develop specific detailed AI application concepts. Or for larger law firms that need AI Design Sprints™ in an ongoing way, we can train and certify their team. Either in a company team training, or by them joining one of our Bootcamps. Thanks Pernille Korzon Dünweber and Dorte Carlsson for the invitation. #legal #artificialintelligence #genai #machinelearning #datascience #aidesignsprint

I had a little more time, so I put together this GIF about our visit to China. Usually, we are super accessible remotely, this is how we usually run our Bootcamps AI Design Sprint™. And sometimes we even facilitate an AI Design Sprint™ remotely. But there are still some advantages of being onsite with people. This time we supported our partners in China in sharing the AI Design Sprint™ with businesses by having business people experience the AI Design Sprint™ in small teaser sessions which we call Experience Sessions. People develop an AI concept in those sessions. Using our AI Cards that enable non-technical people to have an overview of the AI capabilities, and our simple design steps that guide them to their AI solution. This way, business people can identify the business value of AI applications. A big thanks to our partner Sean XIAO and his team, especially Jerry, Leo, and Andy. We all have been blown away again with improved AI capabilities in the past few days. And you might see that the top tech companies are applying AI to their work processes and in their products and services. But where should you start applying AI? Where is it most valuable to start? And how to start an AI project with my non-technical client or my non-technical decision-makers? That's where the AI Design Sprint™ comes in, where we brought together Design Thinking and AI to allow anyone to develop AI solution concepts. P.S. There are still some seats available at our upcoming Bootcamps AI Design Sprint™. You can join from anywhere. #artificialintelligence #genai #largelanguagemodels #business #aidesignsprint

33A now is in China. I visited Shanghai and Beijing together with Sean XIAO and his team, they are our partners in Asia and the Pacific. On this trip, I introduced the AI Design Sprint™ to people in companies. The best way to get to know the AI Design Sprint™ is to experience it hands-on. Therefore I led smaller sessions for people to experience our AI Cards and the way we use Design Thinking to enable non-technical people to develop AI concepts. The focus was on improving/transforming work processes with AI. In other words, process automation. Teams worked on examples, like the supply chain process, onboarding process, and even a mapped-out new service. In a short time, they developed an AI concept for one process step. The outcome: Business people realized that now they could identify AI applications and their business value. It was fantastic to see the excitement of some non-technical business people in the room. And also the excitement of technical people who experienced a way to work together with non-technical business people. Thanks, Sean XIAO for inviting me over and for being such a terrific host. #china #aidesignsprint #artificialintelligence
