Nok ikke lige sådan den typiske Flagship store i dansk retail ser ud… og det er netop hele meningen ! RE-CERTIFIED AS B CORP We are pleased to share that TAKT has been re-certified as a B Corporation! This re-certification, which is required every three years, is a testament to our continuous commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and transparency. Being B Corp means that we are a part of a global movement of businesses that balance purpose and profit, measuring success by consciousness towards social and environmental impact. To qualify for B Corp certification, companies must complete the B Impact Assessment and achieve a minimum score of 80 points. The median score for ordinary businesses that complete the assessment is currently 50.9, which highlights the rigorous standards B Corps must meet to earn this prestigious certification. Since our last certification, we have increased our score significantly from 100.8 to 118.1 – an improvement that is a testament to our relentless dedication to making better choices. In 2015, our Founder and Executive Director of B Lab Nordics, Nille Skalts, certified her own company as the first Nordic B Corp, launched the Nordic B Corp movement, began challenging the essence of business and inviting others to join in blazing the trail for a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system. Since then more than 130 courageous businesses across the Nordics have joined the B Corp movement, making it one of the most significant movements of our time. Known and recognized for our desire to push the barriers for what is good company. A movement that matters in traditional economic terms, with now nearly 3 bn$ in combined revenue with over 15,000 employees, from diverse sectors, of all sizes, and all types of ownership. A collective where we constantly stretch our caring capacity because we acknowledge our interdependence. Capable of collective action in community for the commons. ... and Finans proved to be right with their prediction from 2016, - we spread, like a beneficial virus, sneaking in and slowly mutating the genetics of business. We are immensely grateful for the founding energy and visionary foresight that gave tailwind to the movement and brought us here. With proof of concept, now is the time to shift the organization from an entrepreneurial start up to a more seasoned and professional body.
