🌟 We are live! 🌟 On March 1, BEC successfully handed over the first applications to Accenture, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration that will focus BEC on new fintech solutions while leveraging Accenture’s global development expertise. Since announcing our new partnership last October, many people across our companies have worked tirelessly to build a strong, seamless collaboration. This has now ensured a smooth transition of the first applications and the integration of 14 talented employees and leaders. We’ve already seen the benefits of this partnership in action. One of our teams, now part of Accenture, had a couple of exciting development tasks lined up but no hands to get the jobs done. Because the team was already well underway in their transition to Accenture, Accenture was able to swiftly tap into our BEC’s processes with 15 additional developers and other specialists, who are now helping us deliver to our customers much faster. 🚀 Accenture’s help on a number of our existing IT platforms will be key to focus BEC on our main task: Integrating new, market-leading tech and fintech solutions into our rapidly evolving banking platform for Danish banks. Kudos to everyone involved!

POV: You're 6 months in the BEC Talent program and you're asked to host 170 BEC leaders at the annual 2-day Leadership Conference. 😬 For Anna and David – two junior business analysts at BEC and Scoutz – saying yes was a no-brainer. 💪 As hosts, they welcomed attendees, managed the stage, navigated workshops, and ensured smooth transitions between sessions. “It was a challenging experience that pushed me out of my comfort but also an incredible opportunity to enhance my presentation skills and expand my professional network at BEC”, says Anna. The biggest challenge? “Taking the stage for the very first time. However, it quickly became more natural thanks to the overwhelming support of my colleagues”, shares David. A simpler system landscape means faster development that will benefit our community of banks. In the last year, we've taken a great step for our tech transformation by sunsetting 65 systems 🌇 . “I want to thank all involved for their hard work last year. In 2025, we will continue decommissioning systems with an even higher degree of complexity, and we look forward to collaborating with all the skilled people across BEC.” says project manager, Christina Taulborg Wede. Simplification and standardization helps serve our greater tech transformation. We’re rolling up our sleeves to carefully unbundle our mainframe, standardize systems, build API's and implement a new data platform, all while delivering stable and secure banking for our customers.
