Time to celebrate! It is now 2 years since I started Biolyzr – Bioanalysis Excellence. And what a journey 😊 I have had 22 different clients both local in Denmark but also from 3 continents (EU, USA, Asia) ranging from Pharma, Biotech and CROs. I have had the privilege to work with small molecules, ADCs, mAbs, complicated protein molecules, peptides and cancer vaccines and have helped with everything in between assay development to answers to FDA questions. In addition, I have together with the EWG group completed the training material for ICH M10, as well of preparing various Biolyzr training workshops. Finally, I have been part of the preparation of 6 Immunogenicity summary (ISI) and risk assessments for regulatory submission. Thank you so much to all clients and partners in the pursuit of Bioanalysis Excellence!

Our founder, Marianne Scheel Fjording, comes with 25+ years of bioanalytical experience within PK assays, biomarker assays and ADA assays from pharma, biotech, and CRO. In 2016, she was nominated to join the ICH M10 working group, representing the pharma industry. Together with FDA, EMA, and other major regulatory authorities, she participated in writing the ICH M10 guideline for the bioanalysis method validation, which is now under implementation around the world. BIOLYZR offers thus a selection of services ranging from assistance on biomarker, PK assay & ADA strategies, in-house/outsourcing decisions, CRO evaluation and audits, SOP updates & reviews, training of employees, workshops, and events. BIOLYZR MISSION: We support bioanalysis excellence in all aspects of biomarker, PK & ADA assays activities through consultancy, training, events, and networking.
