The Bredius Muiden Sports Complex combines sustainability with modern design. The wooden façade, supplied by LDCwood and impregnated by our partner Lemahieu Fire Protection®, was treated with Burnblock to achieve B-s2,d0 fire classification. This ensures both safety and a natural aesthetic. The project highlights the value of fire-retardant timber in contemporary architecture. This innovative approach has not gone unnoticed - the Bredius Sports Complex was awarded the Archello Award for Best Sports and Leisure Building of the Year 2023! En EPD giver en omfattende og dokumenteret oversigt over de miljømæssige virkninger et produkt har gennem hele livscyklussen. Denne objektive og gennemsigtige fremstilling af et produkts miljøpåvirkning, gør det lettere for kunder at træffe informerede valg, der lever op til både høje kvalitetskrav og miljømæssige standarder. Dokumentationen er baseret på en livscyklusvurdering (LCA) og kan anvendes i forbindelse med byggeprojekter og andre certificeringsordninger. An exciting update as the kilns at our FireWright® - Fire Retardant Timber Treatment site are almost complete. This investment vastly increases our kilning capacity for treated material and will allow our customers to benefit from greatly reduced lead times for treatment. Great news this morning as we find out that we have passed our recent ISO 9001 audit conducted in December 2024. The audit looks to measure conformity of the FireWright's processes and the standards in which we subscribe. It also audits the capability of our offering to meet the statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements to which we subscribe and also the effectiveness of our scheme to meet our specified objectives. There are other measures that are constantly reviewed such as: Documented information  Control of records  Customer focus  Communication  Infrastructure and environment  Identification and traceability system  Control of monitoring and measuring equipment  Control of non-conforming products  Processes This audit gives our customers the knowledge that our treatment and treatment processes are all externally monitored and verified to meet ISO 9001 standards.
