This week, the Ministry of Finance, UAE (MoF) showcases innovative use of #Artificial Intelligence at #GITEX GLOBAL - "the largest and best rated tech and AI event in the World".🤖 The UAE is launching #eInvoicing as a building block for its #digital economy. MoF is sponsoring the implementation and will demonstrate a digital gateway for potential eInvoicing service providers to check their eligibility and apply for accreditation. cBrain has proudly assisted MoF with the development of the GITEX showcase demonstrating the future of #AI enabled government services in the UAE. GenAI is an integral and configurable part of cBrain's F2 platform where Large Language Models are embedded securely in the technology stack. Today, the Federal Permitting Council in Washington, D.C., is hosting the Infrastructure Developers Summit 2024!  🌍 cBrain is excited to attend this landmark event to support government-wide efforts to accelerate environmental permitting through digitization and AI. Environmental permitting is a major focus in the global fight against climate change. As renewable energy projects need to be scaled up significantly, AI shows great promise in streamlining permitting procedures. ⚡💡 In Denmark, cBrain has demonstrated that it is possible to standardize and digitize permitting in just eight months on our COTS for Government platform, paving the way for training AI to further enhance the pace and quality of this complex and time-consuming process. This work was recognized by the CEQ in its report to the U.S. Congress this summer. Yesterday at the Sustainability Summit NYC during UNGA Climate Week 🌍, hosted by the Consulate General of Denmark New York, we kicked off with an impactful panel discussion on Closing the Time Gap: Accelerating AI for Environmental Permitting in Green Energy Projects. Despite the urgent need for a green transition ♻️, the complexity of permitting processes causes significant delays for project developers worldwide. In Europe and the United States, industry analysts estimate that permitting can take between 2 to 8 years from project initiation to approval. This creates a major roadblock to progress. Governments and project developers globally are striving for innovative tools to shorten permitting times and accelerate sustainable projects. Our panel explored these pressing challenges, focusing on how cBrain's AI solutions are streamlining environmental permitting for green energy initiatives. Michael Drummond highlighted the recent White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) report on Digital Tools to Modernize Environmental Reviews, emphasizing recommendations to increase transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in the permitting process. Solutions: Panelists shared innovative solutions leveraging AI, digital tools, and public-private partnerships 🤝 to reduce permitting timelines while maintaining environmental standards. These tools are key to modernizing processes and driving change.
