Test open bags and flexible packages up to 90-liter volume. Our PPC (pneumatic package clamp) and restraining plates for the Lippke 5000 are now available in a larger size to accommodate burst, leak and creep tests on open packages up to 635 mm (25”) wide. The PPC ensures that open-ended bags and flexible packaging remain tightly closed during quality control tests for accurate results. Restraining plates ensure that the test pressure is applied, as intended, at the seams and seals of the package by inhibiting ballooning and stretching of flexible and semi-flexible packaging. This is vital for consistent and reliable test results, particularly when utilizing ASTM F2054 and F2095 test methods. bit.ly/3Y29IFd
