Har du også sådan en kollega, der kommer susende ind på parkeringspladsen på en motorcykel, og du tænker: "Wow, fart over feltet!” Men så træder han ind ad døren med en helt rolig attitude, og du indser, at han er den mest afbalancerede person i virksomheden? 😎   Alexander Flyvholm Povlsen tog et imponerende spring fra at være produktionsmedarbejder til at blive en integreret del af Fog & Venø som vores dedikerede System Specialist. Startede som produktionsmedarbejder hvor administrationen hurtig opdagede hans potentiale og baggrund i produkt- og designpsykologi, hvilket førte til nye muligheder for ham. Med en kandidatgrad i produkt- og designpsykologi fokuserer Alexanders uddannelse på de psykologiske aspekter ved menneskets interaktion med teknologi samt konstruktionen af disse teknologier. Hans nysgerrige natur fik ham til at stille spørgsmål ved produktionsstyringen og rejse relevante kvalitetsorienterede spørgsmål til vores arbejdsgang i produktionen. Denne proaktive tilgang skaffede ham en plads på et større lagerstyringsprojekt, hvilket markerede hans overgang til kontoret. Efter et års ansættelse blev Alexander opkvalificeret og begyndte fuldtid på kontoret, hvor han bl.a. tog ansvaret for lagerstyring, varenummerstrukturering og produktionsstyringen. I dag samarbejder Alexander tæt med sine kollegaer i produktionsteamet og arbejder med opdateringer, fejlforbedringer og forskellige projekter, der kræver perfektionisme og præcision. Han fungerer som et vigtigt bindeled mellem produktionsmedarbejdere og administrationen, hvilket sikrer smidige operationer og løbende forbedringer. Efter flere års studier har det været betydningsfuldt for Alexander at starte på arbejdsmarkedet og få sit første fuldtidsjob hos FOG & VENØ A/S, der har givet ham et støttende miljø til at starte sin karriere i. Når Alexander ikke arbejder, elsker han at køre på motorcykel og nyder vinden i ansigtet. Hans præcise og detaljeorienterede natur skinner også igennem i hans hobbyer. Alexander har en stor passion for kortspillet ”Magic”, som han spiller hver fredag med sit spilteam. Derudover spiller han også World of Warcraft med vennerne. Uanset om det er at navigere komplekse systemer på arbejdet eller køre på motorcykel i fritiden, gør Alexanders dedikation og omhyggelige tilgang ham til en værdifuld holdspiller hos Fog & Venø.
