Last week, the HHC team came together for a fantastic company day, filled with meaningful interactions and a lot of fun! 🤩 We kicked off the day with an engaging morning workshop led by the brilliant Linn Heiden. We dove deep into our values, personalities, and company culture, reflecting on how to best make our skills and personalities shine together – or better yet, emerge. 🌱 “Emergence happens when a complex entity exhibits properties or behaviors that its individual parts do not possess on their own, coming to life only through interaction within the whole” - this concept perfectly captures our goal as a team. 🤝 The afternoon was filled with laughs and good talks as we enjoyed the sunny Copenhagen on a boat and continued our conversations over wine and delicious food, making the most of the beautiful weather and each other’s company. ☀ What are we taking away from this day? Currently completing his MSc in Pharmaceutical Design and Engineering at DTU, Mikołaj brings a deep passion for laboratory work and enthusiasm to broaden his knowledge in various scientific areas.🔬 Beyond his contributions to our science team and his commitment to his studies, Mikołaj is full of surprises. Christine has a rich background in cancer immunology, extensive experience in designing both in vivo and in vitro studies, and is a published researcher, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. 👩🏻🔬 Her scientific skills are impressive, yet it's her seamless integration into our team dynamics that also stands out - her bold spirit is a perfect match for HHC's energy.
