Meet Carla Prats Bernabeu, a dynamic and adventurous team player, who recently transitioned from our Spanish office to our headquarters in Aarhus. Carla’s journey with hummel started in 2022, following her return to Spain after gaining diverse experiences in Ireland, England, and Germany. She quickly became a key member of our ProClub team, managing purchases for Spain's professional clubs. However, her thirst for new challenges continued to grow. "After participating in several sales conferences at HQ, I was drawn to the idea of a new adventure in Denmark. The timing was perfect when a temporary opening arose due to a maternity leave in my role, and it was just a golden opportunity to start this new chapter," Carla shares. In April 2024, Carla made the move to Aarhus. The move exceeded all her expectations, thanks to the warm welcome from familiar colleagues and hummel’s continued support, from airport pickups to helping her settle into her new apartment. “Arriving in a new country and seeing familiar faces, along with knowing my responsibilities, made the transition much easier. I'm so happy I took the plunge, and I've never regretted it.” Since moving to Denmark, Carla has become a vital member of our headquarters, enchasing our collaborations with the Spanish and French markets. Beyond her professional achievements, she has also embraced the Danish lifestyle. "This experience has been incredibly fulfilling, and I highly recommend it to others.
