What’s it like using Involved for employee engagement? We’re proud to have supported the Danish wealth management firm, Formuepleje, with a fresh approach to employee engagement, helping them build a solid foundation for wellbeing and culture. Here’s how Kim Stølan Wessel, HR Manager at Formuepleje, describes their experience with Involved: "Involved offers a different approach and serves as a strong complement to more traditional employee surveys. What makes it unique is that employees have complete freedom in their responses and can rate how much they agree or disagree with their colleagues' statements. This opens a more employee-driven process, allowing us to discover new insights and find answers to questions we might not have thought to ask. Involved’s approach has provided us with a solid foundation for working on wellbeing and culture."

Involve your employees in change processes and watch the Iceberg of Ignorance melt away 🧊🧊🧊 The Iceberg of Ignorance, coined by Sidney Yoshida, illustrates the distribution of problems and information within an organization. According to this theory, only 4% of problems are known to top management, 9% to middle management, 74% to supervisors, and a full 100% to employees on the front line. This highlights that the majority of an organization’s issues are not known at the highest levels. Many solutions have been tried over time, with varying degrees of success. Most organizations regularly use surveys to gauge metrics like employee satisfaction and well-being, quickly yielding data-driven insights that can be compared across departments or over time. While these surveys reveal the number of people opting for predefined options, they often fail to uncover the reasoning behind their choices. Moreover, acting on collected employee ideas can be challenging. As a result, leadership often finds themselves with more questions than answers when evaluating areas of focus or seeking solutions to potential issues. Frequently, a handful of extroverts dominate the discussion, while quieter individuals may hold equally important information and ideas. Physical meetings are often prone to groupthink and bias, with some thoughts left unspoken. Instead: 💡 Allow people to respond in their own words instead of selecting from predefined options. 💡 Let participants assess and build upon each other's responses in a direct online dialogue. #GetInvolved #Parcipation #Insights

Why should you care about engagement? Imagine this: You’re hosting a workshop, and you ask for feedback. A few people speak up (probably the usual suspects), while others just nod along or stare at their phones. Sound familiar? The reality is, traditional methods of gathering feedback often leave out the quiet geniuses in the room and miss out on the diverse perspectives that can spark real innovation. But don’t worry—there’s a better way to get your participants Involved😉 #Participantengagement #ParticipatoryProcess #EventTech #GetInvolved

🚀 New Feature Alert: Polling & Survey Functionality is Live! 👋 Hey Involved users & friends We’ve got exciting news—our new polling and survey functionality is officially launched! 🎉 Now, you can gather even more insights from your participants in smarter, more dynamic ways. Here are 3 clever ways to use it: 1️⃣ Segmentation: Want to know more about your participants? Ask for background info like department or age before the session starts. This helps you understand where your insights are coming from! 2️⃣ Survey + Smart Question Combo: Start with a survey to gauge participant satisfaction, then dive deeper with a smart question. You’ll get the big picture and those valuable details all in one go! 3️⃣ Open Question: Let participants submit answers that only you can see—perfect for sensitive topics where you need honest input without sharing responses with the group. New Features Include: ☑ Rating ☑ Single Choice ☑ Multiple Choice ☑ Ranking ☑ Open-ended questions And don’t worry, the interactive questions where participants write their own ideas and score others' ideas are still the heart of Involved. We’ve now dubbed them "Smart Questions"—because, let’s face it, they’re pretty smart! 😉 Happy polling! ✌

🌟 Involvers of the Week: Rasmus Duus and Cathrine Christophersen from The Danish Knowledge Centre on Disability (Videnscenter om handicap) 🌟 Creating a more inclusive workplace for employees with disabilities is no small task, but Rasmus and Cathrine are tackling it head-on! They are developing a new way to assess inclusion readiness in organizations using Involved, and recently, they teamed up with Pia Kirk, Diversity & Inclusion Master Expert at Nordea, to put their concept to the test. Together, we ran an Involved session with 60 Nordea recruiters. Over the course of the 25-minute session, participants shared 334 honest thoughts, reflections, and ideas, and interacted with each other’s input more than 2,000 times. 📸 You can see Cathrine following the Involved session and watching the results unfold in real-time in the picture ⤴ Here’s how Rasmus and Cathrine described the impact of the session: "In just half an hour, we gathered more than 2,000 interactions, providing a wealth of essential knowledge and insights into the group's views on inclusion readiness, processes, and attitudes at Nordea when it comes to recruiting employees with disabilities." They continued: "This knowledge forms the foundation for a focused effort to break down barriers and create new opportunities." A huge shoutout to Pia, Cathrine and Rasmus for their incredible work in helping organizations build more inclusive workplaces! 🙌 💜 #InvolversOfTheWeek #DEI #DisabilityInclusion
