Earlier this month, we welcomed over 80 Water and Heating & Cooling customers and representatives from the industries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to our headquarters in Denmark. Over two days, they toured our facilities, experienced our latest technologies, and joined insightful presentations and discussions on industry trends and challenges. The event was a great mix of technical knowledge and networking, strengthening our great partnership with the industry in DACH. It is with great pleasure that we announce Dorte Kamper as the new Senior Vice President of our Heat & Cooling business. Dorte Kamper brings a wealth of experience from the renewable energy industry and is known for her international commercial acumen. Begge forsyninger bruger ikke ressourcer på drift og vedligehold af datahjemtagningsnetværket; men kan i stedet udnytte data til at skabe mere værdi for deres kunder. NaaS er en service, hvor Kamstrup designer, ejer og drifter et datahjemtagningsnetværk tilpasset kundens behov for data. Det giver overskud til at fokusere på drift, lækagesøgning og optimering af netværket. We are happy to see that Steen Schelle Jensen, our Head of Business Development of the Heating & Cooling Department, has been nominated for the European Commission's Smart Energy Expert Group (SEEG) on behalf of Euroheat & Power. Its purpose is to accelerate the digitalisation of the energy system and contribute to the smart energy transition. To enable this, the European Commission has initiated an expert group with different stakeholders in the energy industry, where Steen is included. The SEEG had its first meeting last week. We hope that Steen and the rest of the group can help bring the needed information and insight required to act accordingly and bring attention to the needs for a more digital and smart energy sector.

On 26 September, we hosted an intensive one-day training event for our trusted channel partners, bringing together 58 partners from 24 different countries.   The event featured 14 expert presenters from our product department, who led specialised training sessions. The topics were focusing on smart heating & cooling meters, on our broad capabilities in communication technology and on the roadmap & new features in READy, our MDM system.   Our channel partners are a key part of our customer relations in many countries. We aim to foster strong relationships with our partners ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the demands of the industry.
