Who owns YOUR performance evaluation? It should be you, but it's not! Many companies hide performance reviews under cover of secrecy, only available to a small group of people. Is that really fair? Conventional HR systems put employees in the dark regarding their own performance criteria and comments. How can a company say that they are open and transparent, when they keep data about people from their employees? I think there is a better way. 1️⃣ We should know what you are evaluating us on 2️⃣ We should know who said that and why 3️⃣ We want you to praise us immediately when we make an extra effort. 4️⃣ We want you get help when we are in trouble 5️⃣ We want to own our own data and take it with us when we leave. Giving us complete access to performance evaluations helps us take control of our own development. Imagine for a second that you could show your own performance evaluation to your next work place. That is more powerful than: - Your LinkedIn Profile, you wrote yourself - Your CV, you wrote yourself - Any references you prepared before they called to check. And Imagine a workplace where comments are a tool for empowerment rather than a mystery. That is our reality! It really works. Our mission is simple, but not small: Getting a shitload of people to be happy the weekend is over so they can go to work on a Monday morning.
