In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle wird Nina an unserem Hauptsitz in Dänemark tätig sein. Dort wird sie sich darauf konzentrieren, unseren geschätzten Kunden in der DACH-Region umfassende Unterstützung, zeitnahe Angebote und umfassenden Service und Support zu bieten. Nina wird zudem ihre langjährigen Fachkenntnisse nutzen, um unsere Vertriebsprozesse zu optimieren und unser Außendienstteam sowie die internen Projektmanager bei verschiedenen Aufgaben zu unterstützen. Neben einem sprachlichen Hintergrund in Englisch und Deutsch bringt Nina umfangreiche Erfahrung aus ihren vorherigen Positionen als Assistentin, Sekretärin und Redakteurin in verschiedenen Bereichen, einschließlich Biotechnologie, Laborausrüstung und Verlagswesen, mit. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: TEAM BUILDING WITH A TWIST Yesterday, our Lundberg Tech team participated in an exciting outdoor escape room experience: Operation Mindfall. Split into teams and armed with an iPad and a suitcase packed with gadgets, we spent two hours exploring the city of Roskilde, solving tasks, and working closely together across departments. It was a great event filled with teamwork, problem-solving, and bonding. The day was capped off with a cozy dinner at a local restaurant – a perfect ending. WELCOME OUR NEW PROJECT MANAGER Meet our new colleague, Benjamin Gleie Heldorf, who joined Lundberg Tech as Project Manager on 1 October 2024. Benjamin’s role involves managing waste handling projects from sales handover to final installation. Right after the handover, he dives into pre-planning, working closely with our project support team, additional colleagues, technical installers as well as customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient installations for our customers. With an educational background as a Production Technologist in 2022, Lean Green Belt Manager the same year, and a Project Management course in 2023, Benjamin combines technical expertise with strategic project management skills. Before joining Lundberg Tech, he worked for two years as a PTA Technician in the agricultural equipment industry. Outside of work, family plays a big role in Benjamin’s life. He has been married since 2020, has a 10-month-old daughter, and shares his home with a dog, a cat, and a passion for jazz drumming. We’re thrilled to have him on board.
