✨ We are really excited to share with you our first customer story, first of many. We are kicking off the series with woods office and Mark Skovborg Petersen, their Digital Product Manager. Mark shares how Woods unlocked customer insights at scale by partnering with us. In his words: “What we didn’t have before Magic Feedback was an automated way to get more real-time, qualitative input from potential customers.” Fast forward a few months… 🔓 woods office has unlocked customer insights at scale, thanks to our partnership. By receiving daily, automated insights, they've launched game-changing initiatives—resulting in a 200% increase in conversion rates. And this is just the start.💡 Curious how we did it? 👀 Check out the full story in the comments below! 👇 Like if this resonates, and comment if you want more inspiring stories from our customers.

In Magic Feedback's first 12 months, we have invented new AI solutions, closed six-figure deals, and onboarded enterprise customers. But how? A few weeks ago, Pauliina Martikainen and Nima Vali Rajabi went on stage at TechBBQ to talk about Gen AI and the future of customer experience. If you’re curious to learn more about Gen AI and the future of customer experiences, then make sure to read the article in the comments 😊
In Magic Feedback's first 12 months, we have invented new AI solutions, closed six-figure deals, and onboarded enterprise customers. But how? A few weeks ago, Pauliina and I went on stage at TechBBQ to talk about Gen AI and the future of customer experience. After the talk, I was quite overwhelmed by all the positive feedback. Since then, my inbox has been flooded with people asking me for a recording or transcription of the talk (sorry, sorry, sorry for not answering). I was quite surprised by the interest, but as someone told me yesterday, “There’s finally an AI company talking about real use cases with real customers.” Unfortunately, we did not record the talk, but Maki.vc has been so kind to release the transcription of the talk in a blog post today. So if you’re curious to learn more about Gen AI and the future of customer experiences, I’ve added the link in the comments below. P.S. If you messaged me about this and I haven’t answered you, please don’t take it personally. Things are moving fast these days, but I will make sure to send the link to everyone who asked. P.P.S. Thanks to everyone who has been following and supporting us since day one. It's a bit unreal to see where we are today compared to where we were this time last year. If you enjoy these posts, please give them a 👍 so I know they're interesting, and it also helps us get the word out about Magic Feedback ❤️ #startup #product #customerexperience

Discovery Interviews are an art form. One that our team is mastering daily.
Guaranteed tip for avoiding bias when doing Discovery Interviews - give as much space in the beginning of the interview to the other person. Often before we begin people ask me - “tell me more about Magic Feedback, what is it you are trying to solve for specifically?” And I always answer the same “I promise I would tell you, but first tell me about yourself. How are you specifically working with feedback”. Why? Because as soon as I tell them in detail what we do, and how we are taking feedback collection and analysis to the next level with AI, all pain points they could think of become related to that. And I get a confirmation bias, they are telling me exactly what I want to hear. Like if you agree 👍 and follow for more Product Discovery tips. P.S. This is me and our killer AI Engineer Victoria Artiushkina coming out of one such Discovery Interview. Nothing better then these chances to join forces in person. #startup #productdiscovery

In the last 12 months, Magic Feedback has been growing like crazy, while most of the startups competing with us are struggling or closing down. But why is that? 👀
In the last 12 months, Magic Feedback has been growing like crazy, while most of the startups competing with us are struggling or closing down. But why is that? They are learning a hard lesson that Francisco and I learned at Google: You can’t automate human work without delivering human-level accuracy. Most people still don’t get why we built our own AI models, hired the smartest people we know, and have our own AI engineers. Why not just wrap everything up around GenAI? The reality is that GenAI is only one of multiple innovations you need to achieve human-level accuracy at scale. Relying solely on GenAI will only take you to ≈80% accuracy. And the remaining 20% accuracy matters. Boy, does it matter a lot. How are companies going to trust you to fully automate their customer feedback analysis if your AI results are full of errors? The harsh truth is that they won’t. And the answer is simple: You can’t automate human work without delivering human-level accuracy. At least not when accuracy matters a lot. P.S. This picture encapsulates the moments of joy after going live with a new update that impacts customers with millions of pieces of feedback. If you enjoy these posts, please give them a 👍 so I know they're interesting, and it also helps us get the word out about Magic Feedback ❤️ #productmanagement #product #customerinsights #startup

Someone clever once said, "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together." 😊
It’s very rare in life that you find a co-founder that's a perfect match—not only in complementary skills, ambitions, and work ethics, but also just someone you genuinely look forward to speaking with every day. Since day one at Magic Feedback, Francisco and I have practically done everything together. We work together, we travel together, and we have dinners with family and friends together. After more than five years of working closely together across Google and startups, Fran can literally break down my brain with one trolling joke. As you can tell from his witty little smile in the picture, it’s all about the small pleasures in life 🤣 Jokes aside, I don’t know how people start startups without co-founders. In fact, I really believe that it's a huge disadvantage not to have one. If anything, I’m pretty sure Magic Feedback wouldn’t be as successful (and fun) as it is today if one of us had to do it alone. Someone clever once said, "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together." 😊 #startup

Thanks to everyone who has been supporting us from day one. It’s been a crazy ride, and we are just getting started 😊
Last year, Magic Feedback was just Francisco and me. And now, I get to eat cake while listening to our brilliant team come up with a solution to a really hard problem no one in our industry has cracked. They normally say you can't have your cake and eat it too, but I come dancing into work every day knowing that I’m going to use 100% of my brain solving really hard problems. I know it’s not the type of work that excites everyone, but god damn it, is it awesome when you bring together really ambitious and brilliant people to work on solving hard problems. If you are a truly exceptional person who wants to come into work solving hard problems every day, and we’ve worked together in the past (or you know someone on the team), don’t hesitate to reach out directly. P.S. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting us from day one. It’s been a crazy ride, and we are just getting started 😊 #startup
