Ansvarsområdet omfatter den ledelsesmæssige opgave i at definere retning, kortlægge indsatser og skabe motivation, så du sammen med teamet opnår den ønskede vækst for segmentet. 🙌 We’ve got a new office trainee! Say hello to Lærke Kiel Nielsen 🙌 Lærke joined us as an office trainee in September, and she quickly settled in with her eagerness to learn and her positive attitude. As a trainee, Lærke has taken on all kinds of tasks—from handling orders and invoices to answering the phone and helping our customers. She is not afraid to dive into different departments and learn how things work across Nowocoat. As Lærke herself says: "Everyone here has been so welcoming, and I quickly felt right at home. I really like the variety in the tasks, and there is always a colleague ready to help when needed." With two mentors by her side and plenty of new things to learn, she is well on her way, and we are excited to have her on board! 🚀 Welcome to the team, Lærke! 💪

However, the process always involves some degree of excitement for me, because these certifications are so important to Nowocoat."
