Sønderborg Varme og Broager Fjernvarme sammenlægges ved at aktiviteterne i Broager Fjernvarme overføres til Sønderborg Varme, og andelshaverne i Broager Fjernvarme optages som andelshavere i Sønderborg Varme. Plesner har assisteret med de juridiske aspekter ved sammenlægningen, herunder aftalevilkår for sammenlægningen samt deltaget i de nyligt afholdte generalforsamlinger, hvor andelshaverne har godkendt forslaget om sammenlægning. Fra Plesners side var blandt andre Maria Holst Levin, Jakob Schmidt Jensen, Viktoria Manley og Johan Salling Kristoffersen involveret.

MidCap T ApS, the holding company of the Wellvita group backed by Capidea and the owners of Orifarm, has acquired Natupharma A/S, creating a market leader in the Nordic nutritional supplements sector. The acquisition strengthens the group's market position with over 200 products across 10+ brands. Plesner acted as sole legal counsel for the Wellvita Group and existing shareholders in the transaction. Plesner's core M&A team on the transaction consisted of Martin Anton Svarrer, Christian Ånerud and Rógvi Jógvansson Magnussen.

Plesner has advised the majority sellers in Aarstiderne A/S on the sale to Dagrofa. Plesner's M&A team on the transaction was Hans Hedegaard, Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen, Nina Charlotte Vestergaard and Anne Vorup.

Plesner advised the sellers of 7N A/S, a Danish IT consultancy firm known for its highly specialised portfolio of IT services and solutions, on the sale to Polaris Private Equity. Puzzel, the leading European provider of cloud-based contact centre solutions, backed by the global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire Capturi, a conversational analytics platform specialising in AI-driven insights. This transaction marks Puzzel’s second add-on acquisition in 2024, following its acquisition of SupWiz announced in August. Plesner has acted as lead legal counsel to Puzzel and Marlin on the acquisition of Capturi and SupWiz. Plesner's core M&A team on the transaction consisted of Henrik Rossing Lønberg, Martin Anton Svarrer, Andreas Winther Madsen and Amalie Wedde von Wietheger.

On 2 October 2024, the Copenhagen City Court has ruled in favour of a former employee of the Copenhagen Municipality, finding that he suffered an unlawful retaliation after reporting concerns to the municipality's whistleblower scheme under the Danish Whistleblower Act. The employee had reported suspicions that the municipality's procurement practices were in breach of the law. This court decision is among the first to interpret rules in the Danish Whistleblower Act.

emagine, a leading international business and IT consultancy backed by the Nordic private equity sponsor Axcel, has signed an agreement to acquire the German personnel services business Allgeier Experts. The acquisition of Allgeier Experts marks a new key add-on acquisition for emagine where Plesner has acted as lead legal counsel. Plesner also assisted emagine and Axcel with the acquisitions of Skillspark and Quality Sourcing in 2023, Peak Consulting Group and AspiraCon Limited in 2022, and emagine Group SAS in 2021. Plesner's core M&A team on the transaction was Henrik Rossing Lønberg, Kristian Bisgaard and Isolde Hede Søe.

The Danish company Digital Group A/S, a leader in print-as-a-service and related software solutions in Denmark, has acquired XDC Gruppen A/S. Plesner acted as legal advisor to Digital Group A/S. Plesner's M&A team consisted of Martin Anton Svarrer, Morten Stig Ottesen and Kirstine Juel Månsson.
