Harald Nyborg A/S leases our 41,000 sqm logistics property 📦🚚 We are proud to announce that Harald Nyborg has signed a 10-year lease for one of our logistics properties, spanning 41,000 sqm at Industrivej 67, Børkop. Taking effect on December 1, 2024, this agreement will strengthen Børkop’s position as an important logistics hub in the region. It also marks a significant expansion for Harald Nyborg, enhancing their operational capacity and supporting their growing business. 📍 About the property The warehouse is a highly functional logistics property consisting of several interconnected buildings, constructed with steel trusses and offering an interior clear height of 5–8 meters. We extend our thanks to Nordicals Trekantområdet for their excellent collaboration throughout the process 🤝 “Matching large-scale commercial spaces with the right tenant is always rewarding, and in this case, we’ve secured an optimal fit with Harald Nyborg, a reliable and prominent player in the market,” says Jon Stefansen, partner and commercial real estate broker at Nordicals Trekantområdet.

We’re proud to share that our property in Sorø, managed by Thon Hotels, has recently undergone a remarkable transformation and now features a brand-new thatched roof. Located in the countryside of Zealand, the hotel remains a symbol of traditional Danish craftsmanship and holds Scandinavia’s largest continuous thatched roof 🌟   The thatched roof covers the entire main building of the hotel, spanning approximately 5,000 square meters. Sustainability was a key consideration when we decided to replace the thatched roof, which had served us well for nearly 35 years. With 98% natural materials, this roof has one of the lowest carbon footprints available 🌱   The process took approximately three months, utilizing around 42,000 bundles of thatch. The installation was carefully managed by expert thatchers to ensure compliance with traditional techniques and modern safety standards ✅   Check out the video to see the incredible process and the stunning result!
