We are happy to congratulate Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen, Wels, Austria on their new Tempus600® solutions, which are the first to be introduced on the Austrian market.   The new sample transport system ensures fast response times for patient samples from the emergency department and intensive care unit, which is a top priority for Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen. In addition, the new working procedures has freed up space and skills, allowing staff to focus even more on key clinical tasks and patients. Recently, the Tempus600® systems were put into use and now quickly transport patient samples between the two departments and the laboratory. The samples are received in the Tempus600 connection module, which is integrated with the laboratory's automation system.   Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen already has plans to invest in more Tempus-lines in the future. #tempus600 #Sarstedt

The new dual Tempus600® Connection Module from SARSTEDT is finally here! With the new dual TCM, you can utilise the potential of Tempus600® Necto even more efficiently by connecting up to 16 lines to the system. The dual TCM is a cost-effective solution for hospitals wishing to use Tempus600® Necto as sorting centre in larger installations.   Just imagine that small clinical samples from different departments are received, sorted, registered and distributed to the correct destination in one continuous flow. We are delighted on behalf of Regionshospitalet Horsens, Danmark which today takes its new laboratory into use. The laboratory is set up with a new, fully automated conveyor belt solution connected to a new Tempus600® solution. The laboratory has been relocated from the old buildings, dating from the 1970s, to the property’s newest building situated next to entrance A. At the same time, the department has just moved into new facilities for taking blood samples. The Tempus600® sending station is installed in the new sample-taking unit and automatises the flow of samples between the unit and the lab. The construction of the new laboratory tells the story of a successful building project completed ahead of time. We are excited to congratulate Krnov Hospital with the grand opening of their new SARSTEDT Tempus600® solution – the first in the Czech Republic.   The new solution includes four lines; three Tempus600® Vita and one Tempus600® Quantit, located in the paediatric ward, neurology ward, emergency department and an internal ward respectively, each connected directly to the SARSTEDT BL1200 in the laboratory. The solution automates the handling and transport of small clinical samples and the receipt and sorting of samples into racks by methods for manual insertion into analysers.   The project started in 2021 and has made Krnov Hospital a frontrunner in this market when it comes to digitising the recording of small clinical samples.   We are proud to work with Krnow Hospital, and be part of their future development!
