We believe our employees’ physical and mental well-being go hand in hand, and that’s why we dedicated last week to celebrating Mental Health Week with some fun activities to keep us all active and feeling good! Throughout the week, we offered daily “micro” gym sessions led by our amazing colleagues—short, inclusive workouts to keep everyone moving and feeling great 🏋️♀️ We also joined an organized Charity Run, with all funds going to a meaningful cause 🏃♂️💪 #MentalHealthWeek #WellbeingAtWork #UmbracoLife #StrongerTogether

👩💻 What can we do to get more women in tech? The tech industry has made strides, but there’s still work to be done. While women now make up about 35% of the tech workforce (compared to just 9% in the early 2000s!), we need to keep pushing for progress. Emerce Eday was a blast!
