Columna Flow Task Management has been successfully introduced at Tampere University Hospital ⭐ The cleaning and food delivery staff at Tampere University Hospital, Finland’s second largest hospital, are now working more efficiently, thanks to the Task Management solution. As an example, cleaning staff previously received phone calls whenever cleaning was needed in the surgery rooms. Now, nurses can easily create cleaning requests, which the cleaning staff can view in real time and select through a mobile application. This improves workday efficiency, as it allows them to take on nearby tasks, reducing the number of steps taken. Suvi Forss, Service Director at Tampere University Hospital, praises the solution for streamlining workflows and providing real-time task updates: "I am really happy that we finally have implemented this new digital solution for streamlining workflows within hospital support services. Now we can match resources and tasks hour by hour. Acknowledgement: Driving innovation through AI to support healthcare employees and improve citizens' lives 🧠 We are thrilled to announce that Datatilsynet and Digitaliseringsstyrelsen have selected one of our AI projects from a pool of 23 applications to be one of just two AI projects for a so-called regulatory sandbox. This ensures access to governmental expertise and guidance in a two-year project phase. This means our project has been viewed as significantly impacting Danish society. The project, named Talt, aims to simplify and streamline medical record completion using innovative AI technologies. It is part of our Columna Cura Suite and is a Public-Private Innovation Project (OPI) developed in collaboration with the municipalities of Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg. With Talt, healthcare employees will be able to: 🎤 Dictate notes directly into the medical record 🗒️ Generate summaries of a citizen's medical history ✔️ Get support when filling out medical records The documentation task should become more consistent, resulting in healthcare employees spending less time on this.
