Our new solution, Columna Axon, was featured on the morning news on DR Midt & Vest radio. The home care services in Herning Municipality and Gødstrup Regional Hospital in Central Jutland have tested it for almost 10 months, with excellent results. Columna Axon enables sectors to share relevant data in real-time, significantly reducing employees' phone time, improving the quality of care, and providing more coherent patient care. “It’s one of the best IT initiatives we’ve introduced in many years in municipal nursing,” says Gitte Nørgaard, Head of Nursing and Home Care in Herning Municipality, who also mentions that the municipality saved around 40 hours a week in reduced phone time during the trial period. Time that can be converted towards providing more patient care. Henrik Vestring, Office Manager in the Central Denmark Region, and Anders Kühnau, Chairman of the Central Denmark Region, also speak positively about Columna Axon. The region now aims to expand its implementation to even more municipalities. And for the record, Columna Axon is relevant and can be used throughout all of Denmark. You can listen to a teaser for the feature between 36:40 and 38:00 and the full feature between 37:00 and 40:00 (in Danish). https://hubs.ly/Q02RQcgk0 If you want to know more about Columna Axon, read here (in Danish), https://hubs.ly/Q02RQ9-10. #Systematic #Healthcare #ColumnaAxon Region Midtjylland Herning Kommune

How can we overcome digital barriers and create a cohesive healthcare system across different sectors? 🤝🔗 Well, let’s discuss this. Visit us at booth 23 at E-Sundhedsobservatoriets conference in Odense on 9 and 10 October to explore this question with us. A significant challenge within healthcare today is that citizens and patients are often left to share crucial information about their lives, health conditions, and treatments across sectors. This is not ideal. We address this issue at the conference, when our very own Claus Kjærgaard Andersen discusses this challenge and introduces our new solution, Columna Axon. With Axon, real-time information can be seamlessly shared across all healthcare sectors. The result? Among other benefits, citizens and patients will no longer need to act as intermediaries for their health data across sectors, since doctors, home care nurses, and hospital nurses can share relevant real-time data. Are you interested in learning more? Come and chat with us at the conference. In the meantime, you can find more information about Axon here: https://hubs.ly/Q02Rv-YC0 #Systematic #Healthcare #ColumnaAxon

Health Innovation Aarhus unites it-companies to collaborate on FUT, telemedicine solutions 🤝 At Systematic, we are dedicated to learning and sharing knowledge through collaboration, ensuring that we deliver the best solutions to the market. This commitment aligns with Health Innovation Aarhus's (HIA) mission. HIA is a partnership between several private and public health organisations aimed at driving health innovation in the greater Aarhus area, and we are proud to be a member. One example of this collaboration is our work with Trifork, another HIA member, on developing the FUT infrastructure. This telemedicine solution enables data flow between healthcare professionals and patients, facilitating treatment in the home environment. The system improves both the patient journey and healthcare workflows. Key benefits of FUT infrastructure include: ⭐Compliance with numerous national healthcare requirements. 🤝A shared platform for municipalities and regions to exchange telemedicine data. 🏥 Helping to prevent hospital readmissions. “We are proud to be part of the FUT telemedicine project, which exemplifies how collaboration and shared knowledge can create greater value for both healthcare professionals and patients. We appreciate HIA’s support in fostering collaboration like this, which is crucial for advancing healthcare innovation” Mikkel Harbo, Director, Business Development and Product Management at Systematic. The core of HIA is collaboration and community. HIA connects hospitals, universities, regional authorities, local governments, NGOs, and private businesses, all converging with one purpose: to make Aarhus a global hub for health and health tech innovation. Where business meets healthcare. https://hubs.ly/Q02QYsPM0 #Sytematic #HealthInnovationAarhus #HIA #Healthcare #wheresciencemeetslife

We welcome the government's ambitions to improve the healthcare system in Denmark. The initiatives on chronic disease packages are interesting, and with FUT - the National Telemedicine Infrastructure - we are ready to provide the digital foundation to support this area. 📊💻 The government's focus on more treatment closer to the citizens is also something we fully support. Open solutions and the ability to collect data directly from citizens' homes will be crucial for success. Our Columna Cura ecosystem is designed for just that purpose and can play a key role in that development. 🏠📈 Finally, with the new 96-hour treatment responsibility and the relocation of emergency nursing to the regions, there is a need for even closer digital collaboration between the various actors in the healthcare system. Our Columna Axon platform is designed to facilitate exactly this collaboration and ensure coherent and efficient treatment across sectors. 🤝🩺 We look forward to working with all stakeholders to realize the vision of a modern and efficient healthcare system that creates coherence in treatment for citizens and patients. 🌟 Read more about how we support the continuum of care, https://hubs.ly/Q02QfkqT0 #Sundhedsvæsen #Telemedicin #DigitalSundhed #SystematicHealthcare #ColumnaAxon #ColumnaCura #FremtidensSundhedsvæsen

Columna Flow Task Management has been successfully introduced at Tampere University Hospital ⭐ The cleaning and food delivery staff at Tampere University Hospital, Finland’s second largest hospital, are now working more efficiently, thanks to the Task Management solution. As an example, cleaning staff previously received phone calls whenever cleaning was needed in the surgery rooms. Now, nurses can easily create cleaning requests, which the cleaning staff can view in real time and select through a mobile application. This improves workday efficiency, as it allows them to take on nearby tasks, reducing the number of steps taken. Suvi Forss, Service Director at Tampere University Hospital, praises the solution for streamlining workflows and providing real-time task updates: "I am really happy that we finally have implemented this new digital solution for streamlining workflows within hospital support services. Now we can match resources and tasks hour by hour. We also have the ability to manage our services based on data insights.” She also sees improvements in coordination across departments and disciplines: “It is also wonderful that the flow of information between the nursing staff and the support service staff has become smoother as a result of using the new solution."
