A journey back in time. This scene brings to life the early days of bay oil distillation, where firewood fueled makeshift boilers, and the rich aroma of bay leaves filled the air. For those who remember, it’s a nod to the dedication and craft that shaped Dominica’s bay oil industry—a reminder of the hard work, resourcefulness, and pride that turned this tradition into a legacy. Partnering through transformation and modernization. We are seeking partners as we embark on the journey to restore economic activity to the South East of the island.
