You know and agree that in order to implement the necessary business processes, you need to provide relevant personal information, and we will also collect some necessary information. If you do not agree to provide this part of the necessary information, we will not be able to provide you with services. If you wish to become a supplier of UniUbi , you can fill in the supplier self-recommendation form, which includes contact information (sales manager, phone/fax, email address, you can choose to fill in the information of the company manager, quality manager, and technical manager), company information (company name, company address, registered capital, establishment time, nature of the company, total number of employees and personnel composition, annual turnover, you can choose to fill in the company tax number, bank account, account number, company website), product information and business license, product catalog, certification certificate and other relevant information.
