The event brought together a distinguished group of economic players and experts to discuss current issues and challenges facing the national economy. ◀️ During the evening, Mr. Grimes delivered a speech on "Human Capital Development: The Biggest Challenge Facing Algerian Companies in 2025." He emphasized the crucial role of developing skills and competencies in enhancing the competitiveness of Algerian companies. He highlighted that investing in human resources—especially young talents—is a key factor in ensuring business sustainability and achieving long-term economic growth. 📌قام وزير الصناعة الصيدلانية، السيد وسيم قويدري، يوم الثلاثاء 11 مارس 2025، بزيارة ميدانية إلى وحدة انتاج صيدال بولاية قسنطينة. وكان في استقباله والي الولاية، السيد عبد الخالق صيودة، والمدير العام لمجمع صيدال، السيد عبد الواحد قريمس، ومديرة الوحدة، السيدة فريال خراب، إلى جانب السلطات المحلية والأمنية وإطارات من المجمع. ◀️في كلمة ترحيبية، أكد السيد عبد الواحد قريمس أن وحدة قسنطينة ستباشر إنتاج أقلام الأنسولين قبل نهاية شهر رمضان، مشددًا على أهمية هذا المشروع في تعزيز الأمن الصحي وتوفير الأدوية الحيوية محليا. ◀️كما استعرض المشاريع الاستراتيجية التي يعمل عليها المجمع وعلى رأسها إنتاج اللقاحات وتوسيع خطوط الإنتاج الصيدلاني، بما يعزز مكانة المجمع كمحور رئيسي في صناعة الأدوية الوطنية. ◀️قام السيد الوزير بمعاينة ورشة الأنسولين بذات الوحدة أين، أعرب عن ارتياحه لانطلاق عملية الإنتاج، و تسويق أقلام الأنسولين قبل نهاية شهر رمضان. ◀️تجدر الإشارة إلى أن وحدة قسنطينة 1 متخصصة في إنتاج الأشكال الصيدلانية المعقمة منها اللقاحات و الأنسولين. وللتذكير، قامت الوحدة بإنتاج 2 مليون جرعة من لقاح الأنفلونزا الذي تم تسليمه لمعهد باستور في شهر سبتمبر الفارط. ————————————————————————- On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Mr. Ouacim Kouidri, conducted a field visit to the Saidal production unit in Constantine. He was welcomed by the Governor of the province, Mr. Abdelkhalek Sayouda, the CEO of the Saidal Group, Mr. Abdelouahad Grimes, the unit director, Mrs. Ferial Kherab, along with local and security authorities and senior officials from the group. In his welcoming speech, Mr. Abdelouahad Grimes confirmed that the Constantine unit would begin producing insulin pens before the end of Ramadan, emphasizing the importance of this project in strengthening health security and ensuring the local availability of essential medicines. He also reviewed the group’s strategic projects, particularly the production of vaccines and the expansion of pharmaceutical production lines, which will further establish the group's position as a key player in the national pharmaceutical industry. The minister inspected the insulin workshop at the unit, expressing his satisfaction with the launch of production and confirming that insulin pens would be marketed before the end of Ramadan. Constantine 1 unit specializes in producing sterile pharmaceutical forms, including vaccines and insulin. Additionally, the unit previously produced 2 million doses of the flu vaccine, which were delivered to the Pasteur Institute last September.

📌 قام السيد وسيم قويدري، وزير الصناعة الصيدلانية، يوم الاثنين 10 مارس 2025، بزيارة عمل تفقدية إلى مجمع صيدال في ولاية باتنة، حيث اطلع على عدد من المشاريع الاستراتيجية التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الصناعة الدوائية الوطنية. ◀️ وكان في استقبال السيد الوزير كل من الدكتور محمد بن مالك، والي ولاية باتنة، والسيد عبد الواحد قريمس، المدير العام لمجمع صيدال، السيدة حنان حوفاني، مديرة الوحدة التجارية شرق، إلى جانب السلطات المحلية والأمنية، وإطارات المجمع. ◀️ وفي كلمته الترحيبية، أكد السيد قريمس على أهمية المشاريع المستقبلية التي سيتضمنها موقع صيدال في باتنة، والتي ستساهم بشكل كبير في تطوير الصناعة الصيدلانية المحلية وضمان الأمن الصحي الوطني. من بين هذه المشاريع، صناعة المواد الأولية لعدد من الأدوية مثل الباراسيتامول، وأدوية السكري وأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، مشيرًا إلى دورها المحوري في التنمية المحلية للولاية. ◀️ من جانبها، قدمت السيدة حوفاني عرضًا مفصلًا حول مشروع صناعة المادة الأولية للباراسيتامول وحمض الساليسيليك، الذي بدأ العمل فيه في نوفمبر الفارط. ويمتلك هذا المشروع طاقة إنتاجية تقدر بحوالي 2000 طن سنويً. ◀️ وأكد السيد الوزير أن مشاريع مجمع صيدال، التي تعد الأولى من نوعها على المستويين الوطني والإفريقي، ستساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في إنتاج المواد الأولية الدوائية، وتفتح أمام الجزائر فرصًا واسعة للتصدير، مما يعزز من مكانتها كمركز صناعي رائد في المجال الصيدلاني. —————————————————- On Monday, March 10, 2025, Mr. Ouacim Kouidri, Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, conducted a working visit to the Saidal Group in The wilaya of Batna, where he reviewed several strategic projects aimed at strengthening the national pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Kouidri was welcomed by Dr. Mohamed Ben Malek, the Governor of the wilaya of Batna; Mr. Abdelouahad Grimes, the General Manager of Saidal Group; Ms. Hanan Houfani, the Director of the Eastern Commercial Unit; along with local and security authorities and senior executives of the group. In his welcoming speech, Mr. Grimes emphasized the importance of future projects at the Saidal site in Batna, which will significantly contribute to the development of the local pharmaceutical industry and ensure national health security. Among these projects is the production of raw materials for several medications, such as paracetamol, diabetes treatments, and cardiovascular drugs, highlighting their crucial role in local production For her part, Ms. Houfani presented a detailed overview of the project for producing the raw material for paracetamol and salicylic acid, which commenced in November of the previous year. This project has an estimated production capacity of around 2,000 tons per year. Minister Kouidri affirmed that Saidal Group's projects, the first of their kind on both national and African levels, will play a major role in achieving self-sufficiency in pharmaceutical raw material production. Additionally, they will open vast export opportunities for Algeria, further strengthening its position as a leading industrial hub in the pharmaceutical sector.

استقبل مجمع صيدال بولاية وهران، السيد وسيم قويدري، وزير الصناعة الصيدلانية، في زيارة عمل وتفقد شملت عدة منشآت تابعة للمجمع. استهل السيد الوزير زيارته بمعاينة الوحدة التجارية غرب التابعة لصيدال، حيث كان في استقباله السيد سمير شيباني، والي ولاية وهران، والسيد عبد الواحد قريمس، المدير العام لمجمع صيدال، والسلطات المحلية والأمنية لولاية وهران ، وبعض من إطارات المجمع. وخلال الزيارة، اطلع على مشروع إنتاج طواقم التشخيص السريع ، الذي يعدّ خطوة استراتيجية نحو تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية والدولية. يتمتع هذا المشروع بقدرة إنتاجية تصل إلى 5 ملايين طقم سنويًا، ومن المنتظر استكمال إنجازه في غضون خمسة أشهر. وتعدّ هذه الزيارة الثانية للسيد الوزير خلال اليوم نفسه، إذ سبقتها زيارة إلى مشروع موقع الإنتاج بولاية مستغانم التابع للمجمع ————————————————————————— Saidal Group in Oran welcomed the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Mr. Ouacim Kouidri, for a working and inspection visit covering several key facilities. The visit began with an inspection of the Western Commercial Unit, where the Minister was received by the Governor of Oran, Mr. Samir Chibani, Saidal Group’s CEO, Mr. Abdelouahid Grimes, along with local authorities, security officials, and senior executives from the group. During the visit, the Minister was briefed on the rapid screening test kits production project, a strategic initiative designed to enhance self-sufficiency and meet the needs of both local and international markets. With an annual production capacity of up to 5 million test kits, the project is expected to be completed within five months. Earlier in the day, the Minister also visited Saidal’s production site in the Wilaya of Mostaganem, which also alines with being the second visit of the day

📌 قام وزير الصناعة الصيدلانية، السيد وسيم قويدري، يوم الخميس 6 مارس 2025، بزيارة ميدانية إلى وحدة الإنتاج التابعة لمجمع “صيدال” في ولاية مستغانم. ◀️ استهل السيد الوزير زيارته بتفقد مشروع وحدة الإنتاج، حيث كان في استقباله والي الولاية، السيد أحمد بودوح، والمدير العام لمجمع صيدال، السيد عبد الواحد قريمس، إلى جانب السلطات المحلية والأمنية وإطارات من المجمع. ◀️ تتخصص هذه الوحدة في إنتاج قطرات العيون والأدوية البيطرية، بطاقة إنتاجية سنوية تبلغ 11 مليون وحدة لقطرات العيون، و5 ملايين وحدة للأدوية البيطرية. ◀️ شدد السيد الوزير على ضرورة تسريع وتيرة الأشغال لضمان تسليم المشروع قبل نهاية العام، نظرًا لأهميته في تطوير صناعة الأدوية وخلق فرص العمل، وربط المجمع مع الباحثين كما أكد أن مستغانم ستصبح قطبًا صيدلانيًا بامتياز، مشيرًا إلى انطلاق مشاريع أخرى من شأنها تعزيز القطاع الصيدلاني في المنطقة. ————————————————————————- On Thursday, March 6, 2025, the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Mr. Ouacim Kouidri, visited SAIDAL Group’s production unit in the wilaya of Mostaganem. Upon arrival, he was welcomed by the Governor of Mostaganem, Mr. Ahmed Boudouh, the CEO of SAIDAL Group, Mr. Abdelouahed Grimes, as well as local authorities, security officials, and senior executives from the group. Dedicated to the production of ophthalmic drops and veterinary medicines, the unit has an annual capacity of 11 million units of eye drops and 5 million units of veterinary medicine. The Minister emphasized the need to accelerate the completion of the project, underscoring its vital role in strengthening the pharmaceutical industry, creating job opportunities, and fostering research collaboration. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to transforming Mostaganem into a leading pharmaceutical hub, with additional projects set to enhance the sector’s growth in the region.
