🔔 We are #hiring! Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager NyxAir seeks a well-motivated and experienced Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of safety across the airline. Key Responsibilities:  ☑ Develop, implement, and manage the airline’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring System (CMS). ☑ Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international and local aviation regulations, including IOSA standards. ☑ Monitor and analyze safety data and trends to identify potential hazards and risks. ☑ Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance with regulatory authorities. ☑ Provide training and support to staff on safety and compliance issues. ☑ Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other stakeholders on safety and compliance matters. ☑ Lead investigations into safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented. ☑ Promote a strong safety culture within the organization. Requirements ☑ Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Safety Management, or a related field. ☑ Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety and compliance, preferably in a managerial role. ☑ In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, ICAO standards, and IOSA requirements. ☑ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ☑ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ☑ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ☑ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software. ☑ Fluency in English; knowledge of Estonian or other languages is advantageous. Today we took our first passengers to Kärdla airport with our great Saab 340 and continued an already long-lasting operation to Kuressaare with a mighty ATR 42. ✈ We are extremely proud of this achievement, as it marks a period where passengers will get the utmost best service and experience flying with us to Saaremaa and Hiiumaa.
