Post offices are the cheapest, but inconvenient for customers and often require an extra commute. 72% of customers prefer courier service & home delivery as it requires no extra commute, but it’s often the most expensive delivery method. 2️⃣Community Lockers, parcel lockers, and post office all have a 100% first-time delivery success rate. How easy is it for customers to use Community Lockers in Estonia? 🇪🇪 Short answer is - very easy! ✅ 1️⃣ Order your goods online and select Omniva as the delivery method. In Estonia Picapac_estonia network user data is automatically integrated with Omniva's database. Network users get their packages delivered to community lockers automatically! 2️⃣ Wait for the package delivery notification and get ready to pick up your package(s). Community lockers are located on average ~300m from network users. Pick it up in your slippers, after work or while on a walk with your friends. New Community Locker locations in #Estonia! 🎊 ✅ In total we have now installed 20 community lockers together with Omniva and Picapac_estonia.  ✅ We have installed the first community lockers outside Harjumaa! Hargla community members in Valgamaa have received theirs, where nearest regular parcel lockers was 40km away. Now they have one in slipper distance! ✅ Some areas have underperformed and their location has been changed to more popular ones. For example Otsa-Miko residential area requested to have community locker installed for their community and their wish was our command!  ✅ We have started co-operation with real estate developers Endover and Pinered.
