Release of a new version of the CRM system 28 November 2023 A generalized list of recent changes in the CRM system: 1. Added SumSub integration. It is now possible to set up automatic customer verification through one of the most popular verification platforms for fintech, Sumsub. To do this, just add an API token and a Secret key for integration. After this, you need to add a compliance step with the SumSub type. 2. Added field types for compliance check: SELECT COUNTRY SELECT MULTISELECT CHECKBOX RADIO BUTTON DATE MULTIFILE 3. Added Risk and Finance statuses for clients (Settings - Pipelines). At the moment they will be assigned manually. Also new column "Finance statuses" is appeared in the "Board". 4. The automated workflow functionality in the CRM system has been expanded. New conditions have been added, for example, automatic disabling of the possibility of deposits for clients who have not passed compliance (the entire list of conditions and triggers can be viewed in the settings - workflow).
